Tinig ng Tagumpay feels like another fascinating little time capsule from the golden age of Philippine cinema. With Leopoldo Salcedo and Erlinda Cortes leading a sizable cast, the film gives us a glimpse of how much star power and supporting talent filled productions in the early 1950s.
