"Tulisang Pugot," is our Pinoy version of the headless horseman of the Sleepy Hollow. Based on komiks serial created by Gemiliano Pineda, published in Liwayway magazine, it starred Fred Montilla and Myrna Delgado under Octavio Silos direction.
