Ms Charito Solis gave a convincing portrayal of a woman torn with so many big responsibilities in life. But the challenge of her portrayal comes from her inner experience and dedication to her craft. From a confused daughter she jumps to a burdened sister, and to a dazed lover, all essayed with strenght and wisdom. The crisp of her voice and her flawless expressions were her ticket in winning the 1975 MMFF best actress, and no wonder.
