Rosemarie (Sonora) and Pepito Rodriguez were two of the popular and hottest teen stars of the 6os. Rosemarie started her movie career at age 5 (born 1948) in Apat na Taga (1953) and five years later in a starring role in Ulilang Anghel (1958). Pepito, on the other hand, entered the movies in 1963 and groomed by Sampaguita Pictures as the filmdom’s the boy-next-door. The two later appeared in a group in the highly successful “Mga Batang” series --- Mga Batang Artista (1964); Mga Batang Bakasyonista (1964); Mga Bata ng Lagim (1964); Mga Batang Milyonaryo (1964); Mga Batang Turista (1965). The two led other promising stars and starlets as Stars '66 which include Gina Pareño, Shirley Moreno, Blanca Gomez, the late Loretta Marquez, Ramil Rodriguez (brother of Pepito), Bert Leroy Jr., Edgar Salcedo and the late Dindo Fernando. Rosemarie and Pepito were loved and admired by fans and as screen partners, they appeared in many memorable and unforgettable movie appearances.
