Produced by Sampaguita Pictures and directed by Gregorio Fernandez, the movie starred Carmen Rosales, Rogelio de la Rosa, with Jaime Castellvi, Gregorio Fernandez, Miguel Anzures, Rita Rica, Roberto Rosales, Maria Roberto, Nardo Vercudia and Engracio Ibarra.
It was released and shown at Grand Theater, February 14, 1940.
