Browsing through the pages of a 1955 Souvenir Brochure commemorating Ever's first anniversary, brings back golden memories of days gone. Once stood magnificently, the building is currently closed as a theater but now serves as a commercial arcade.

Simon, sa Ever Theater ko napanood ang The Sound of Music, Zardoz at Elektrika Kase Eh...one of my fave theater nung bata pa ako...actually the father of a friend of mine used to work as a projector man sa State Theater also owned bt the Rufinos..kaya noon madalas kami libre manood sa Ever, State and Avenue...

Noli, napanood ko din dito ang "Planet of the Apes." Nakapila kami, SRO! Ang "Sound of Music" twice ko napanood, full packed din ang sinehan.
Ever Theater is now the site of Astrotel motel, if I'm not mistaken.

I've seen The Sound of Music here. They play it every Easter Sunday. Also, Superman by Christopher Reeves.
