Ronnie was maybe 16 or 17 then and his older brother Christopher (called Topher) was into martial arts. I learned so much from the guy about Martial Arts for such a short time.

Ronnie was a quiet guy, the antithesis of his older brother. And I know his favorite chair in the house.

When he was reading a book, or studying, he loved to sit on the closed toilet bowl. He-he.

Several times, when I was going to use the bathroom, Ronnie would be sitting there, reading. He had to get up to let me pee first, then he would go back there again to continue his reading.
:)

Rather weird and funny, but this is the most memorable thing I remember about the guy, apart from being very pleasant & quiet.

Looking back, I think it made sense that reading in the bathroom is quite good because it could give you the silence you need to concentrate more on what you're reading, especially during exam weeks.

Sorry, Ronnie. Can't help it. It was a unique way of studying, and you're the only guy I know who did that. Peace, man, if we see each other in San Diego, don't give me a Karate chop.

:(TheCoolCanadianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01196452866916000202noreply@blogger.com
