Her seductive and mestiza looks, shapely body and irresistible sex appeal became her main assets when Cristina Crisol, Jean Elizabeth May in real life, decided to enter the world of showbiz. Her fame and fortune was brief though and after appearing in about 10 or 12 movies, among them Kikirut-Kirot, Uhaw na Uhaw, Di mahilom ang Sugat and Paraisong Gubat, she exited from the limelight and disappeared from the public’s view.
Cristina resurfaced in 2008 in GMA’s Wish Ko Lang, Channel 7 multi- awarded TV program. It’s another sad story of a former star in dire need of help. She’s now married to a construction worker and with children. She hopes to rekindle her career.
